Q. How long does it take from order to shipping?
A. Orders are shipped approximately 4 weeks after they are placed.
Q. Is timed delivery available?
A. As items are shipped via Click Post or Nekoposu, timed delivery is not available.
Q. What type of metal findings do you use?
A. We use surgical stainless steel, which is generally considered hypoallergenic. However, as individual reactions vary, please purchase at your own discretion.
Q. My item arrived damaged. Can I exchange it?
A. We will exchange it for a new item. We will include a return envelope with the replacement item. Please use the return envelope to send back the damaged item.
Q. My item broke soon after purchase. Can it be repaired?
A. We offer free repairs for natural failures within two weeks of purchase.
After two weeks, repairs will be subject to a fee.
Repair costs will be estimated based on the condition of the item.
Please note that repairs may not be possible for one-of-a-kind items or those for which materials are out of stock.
Q. Can I cancel an order after placing it?
A. Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations due to personal reasons.
